About the role:
As an ICT Program and Change Manager, you will report to our Chief Information Officer and work from our McMahons Point head office as a crucial part of a talented team of 15 IT professionals.
We are looking for an ICT Program and Change Manager with a successful recent track record of supporting the delivery of digital products and solutions. Can demonstrate the adoption of digital products or solutions within an organisation and the approach used to ensure sustained adoption. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, identifying critical paths, controlling risks and delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and oversee multiple ICT initiatives and projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and reports.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Engage with functional disciplines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Create and execute communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Measure the impact of changes and make necessary adjustments.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in ICT program and project management.
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certification is a plus.
