- Collaborate with our hiring teams to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming projects, ensuring a steady flow of high calibre candidates.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and exceptional candidate experience making every candidate feel valued and respected throughout the journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven talent acquisition expertise in civil engineering, construction, or heavy industry, with a track record of delivering top talent.

- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems such as PageUp.
- Highly organised with a sense of urgency, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality outcomes.
What We Offer:

- Projects: The chance to work on a variety of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Australia.
- Diversity and inclusion: A commitment to workplace diversity, with strategies to support under-represented groups and promote inclusivity.

- Global network: Access to a global 'knowledge bank' of resources, methods, and expertise through its parent company, VINCI.
