- Reviewing CVs, cover letters, portfolios and assessing suitability.
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Work, anti-discrimination and best-practice recruitment.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring panels are equipped with the right tools and information.
- Attending interviews as required.
What you’ll bring
- Internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment and talent sourcing landscape.
- End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within civil engineering or construction.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including candidate care and management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with PageUp or similar recruitment systems.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, especially in a high-volume environment.
