This major civil construction initiative will improve flood resilience, enhance traffic flow, and deliver a safer, more efficient connection for thousands of road users each day.
We’re seeking experienced Civil Engineers (Site Engineers and Project Engineers) with bridgeworks experience to support the delivery of key infrastructure works. This includes the construction of a new bridge approximately 200 metres long across the North Pine River and Sideling Creek, as well as a new lookout platform and pedestrian walkway on the western side of the bridge.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, with proven experience in bridgeworks.
- Exposure to preparation of contractual claims and variations.
- Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes.
- Strong planning, monitoring and reporting capabilities to support effective project delivery.
- Thorough understanding of client specifications and the ability to produce ITPs for specific trades.
- Ability to produce and manage project schedules, including critical path networks and preparation, monitoring and updating of short‑term production bar charts.
- Knowledge of head and subcontract agreements, as well as project scope management, including contractual change procedures and distribution of responsibilities among project stakeholders.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
