Join a landmark infrastructure project that’s set to make a lasting impact on the community - the Youngs Crossing Road upgrade. This major civil construction initiative will improve flood resilience, enhance traffic flow, and deliver a safer, more efficient connection for thousands of road users each day.
We’re seeking Site Engineers with bridgeworks experience to help deliver key works, including the construction of a new bridge approximately 200 metres long across the North Pine River and Sideling Creek, as well as constructing a lookout platform and pedestrian walkway on the western side of the new bridge.

About the role:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Experience working on civil infrastructure projects, with proven structural experience.
- Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes.
- Strong planning, monitoring and reporting capabilities to support effective project delivery.
- Commitment to quality, safety and environmental practices.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Experience working on civil infrastructure projects, with proven experience in bridgeworks.
- Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes.
- The ability to produce a critical path network with up to 100 activities and prepare, monitor and update short-term production bar charts.
- Knowledge of project scope management, including contractual change procedures and distribution of responsibilities among project stakeholders.
- Strong planning, monitoring and reporting capabilities to support effective project delivery.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
