As a Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Seymour Whyte’s projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Working closely with the Project Manager and QA Manager, you’ll develop and implement inspection and test procedures, monitor subcontractor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Your expertise will help deliver safe, disciplined, and innovative outcomes that make a real impact on the communities we serve.
About the role:
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Systems
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier compliance with quality standards
- Prepare inspection and test procedures in collaboration with Project Manager
- Analyse quality data and recommend process improvements
- Participate in risk assessments and incident management as required
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance for civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of client standards and Quality Assurance systems
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Current driver’s licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
