We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Engagement Advisor who thrives on building relationships, creating positive experiences and working with diverse stakeholders. Based in Austral, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team delivering the Upper South Creek Networks Program - a major water infrastructure project that will deliver essential pipelines and pump stations to support the growth of Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project that will leave a lasting impact on local communities.

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with Delivery Partners, project teams and stakeholders to help manage community impacts, build stakeholder trust and deliver positive outcomes. No two days will be the same, you could be developing communications, responding to community enquiries, attending site visits, engaging directly with residents and stakeholders, or supporting project teams with expert engagement advice. If you're a strong communicator with a proactive approach and a passion for working with people, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while being part of a team that values collaboration, accountability and is future focussed.

CreekConnect – Supporting Western Sydney’s Growth!

Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.
