We're seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator to join our Central Region team, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Canberra, Sydney and surrounding regions.

Initially, you'll be embedded within the landmark Icon Water Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre Upgrade, one of Canberra's largest and most significant water infrastructure projects.

As the business continues to grow throughout the Central Region, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of major civil, water and infrastructure projects, providing exposure to a variety of project environments, teams and delivery challenges.

This role offers flexibility to be based in either Canberra or Sydney, with occasional travel to project sites and offices across the region as required. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, influencing project outcomes and driving innovation in Digital Engineering practices.

Working across design, construction and project delivery teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating BIM models, managing digital workflows and driving collaboration to support safe, efficient and high quality project outcomes.

We're looking for someone with advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and industry BIM standards, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary models within major infrastructure environments. How You'll Contribute:

  • Lead and coordinate Digital Engineering activities across multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
  • Managing federated BIM models and digital deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead model reviews, clash detection, constructability reviews and coordination workshops.
  • Support VDC activities including 4D planning, construction sequencing and Safety in Design.
  • Manage digital issues and drive their resolution across project stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain DE standards, workflows, QA processes and information management requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, project DE requirements, client standards and project objectives.
  • Support digital asset information and project handover requirements.
  • Mentor project teams and identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation and improved project delivery.

What You'll Bring: You will be an experienced Digital Engineering/BIM professional with:

  • 5+ years' experience in Digital Engineering, BIM coordination or a similar role within infrastructure or construction
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across civil, structural, drainage, roads and utilities
  • Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model federation, clash detection, information management and CDE workflows
  • Experience with ISO 19650 and industry BIM standards
  • Advanced capability in Revit and Navisworks, with experience in Revizto and Civil 3D
  • Experience with CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma, ProjectWise, Synergy or equivalent
  • An understanding of BIM/GIS interoperability and digital information workflows
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, influence project teams and drive adoption of DE practices
  • A collaborative, organised and proactive approach, with a strong focus on quality and delivery
