About the Project

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project, a major infrastructure upgrade that will strengthen the dam's flood capacity, improve resilience to extreme weather events and enhance long-term community safety.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a complex and high-profile project while working alongside experienced industry professionals. You'll be exposed to a broad range of civil engineering disciplines and play a meaningful role in delivering infrastructure that will benefit local communities for generations to come.

Located in the picturesque Toowoomba region, this role offers the chance to build your career in a supportive project environment while enjoying the benefits of regional living.

The successful candidate will be required to work away from home, with attractive living away from home (LAFHA) and project allowances provided.

About You

You're in your final year of a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and ready to turn everything you've learned into real-world experience on major infrastructure projects.

Whether you've gained experience through an internship, vacation work, industry placement or part-time employment, you're eager to learn, build your skills and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

We're looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and excited about a career in civil construction.

You'll bring:
