We are recruiting a Human Resources Administrator to support our national HR team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, compliant and people-focused employee experience across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working across systems, processes and people, and will thrive within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will provide end-to-end HR administrative support across employee lifecycle activities, systems maintenance and reporting. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure accurate data, timely support and consistent processes nationally.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across onboarding, employee movements, probation, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records across multiple HR systems, including PageUp, ReadyHR (UKG Workforce Ready), Pertrain (Learning Management System) and SharePoint
- Assist with HR and capability reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Identify system improvements, automation opportunities and process efficiencies
- Provide administrative support across learning & development activities, including training bookings and reporting
- Support broader HR initiatives such as performance cycles, remuneration activities, wellbeing programs and internal communications.
About you
You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing sensitive information. You enjoy working across systems, juggling priorities and supporting others to deliver great outcomes.
You will bring:
- Previous administration experience within a similar environment
- Strong experience using HR systems (e.g. PageUp, UKG, SharePoint or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
