About the role:

  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site safety systems and documentation
  • Assisting with routine site inspections, audits and PPE checks
  • Recording findings and helping track corrective actions to completion
  • Helping investigate incidents and near misses, including preparing reports
  • Maintaining safety registers, training records and compliance documentation

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar role within civil or construction industry
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging site personnel
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with safety reporting systems and a willingness to learn
  • Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport
