We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 18 month fixed term contract, supporting the landmark CreekConnect project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Sydney's largest infrastructure programs, working alongside a high performing team and collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will oversee the end to end administration of contracts, ensuring compliance and commercial integrity across the project. You will prepare and manage contract documentation, assess and process variations and progress claims, and monitor contractual obligations to minimise risk and maximise project outcomes. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, you'll help resolve commercial matters, support procurement activities, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.

About the Role:
- Manage contracts and subcontracts end-to-end
- Support procurement and tendering activities
- Monitor costs and forecasts
- Administer variations and claims
- Manage commercial risks
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Extensive experience in contracts administration on major infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident managing claims and variations
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach
