The primary objective of this position is to support to achieve accurate and timely transactional processing, in line with month end requirements by the project finance team.

About the role:

  • Complete bank reconciliation of all business bank accounts (weekly / monthly).
  • Process invoice details in VP and post for approval.
  • Monitor and manage finance inbox.
  • Process out of pocket staff expenses fortnightly
  • Take part in Process and System improvement projects as required.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years similar work experience ideally within the Engineering, Construction or related industries.
  • Site-based engineering or construction experience   
  • Ability to use initiative to work across competing priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including spreadsheet creation and the use of formulas and functions.
  • Viewpoint or similar ERP experience.
