We are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and structural construction activities across multiple work fronts. You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, on schedule and within budget. In this role, you will manage work fronts and site interfaces, monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements. You will build strong relationships with subcontractors, drive accountability for safety, quality, and productivity and proactively coordinate project activities to maintain progress and achieve key project outcomes.

About the role:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise structural construction activities across multiple work fronts to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery
- Work closely with Engineers to develop and implement construction programs, including short-term planning, resource allocation and sequencing of works
- Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and equipment to maximise productivity and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project scope, specifications and quality requirements
- Facilitate construction planning through pre-starts, toolbox talks and team meetings, maintaining clear visibility of upcoming works and driving team performance
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring site activities comply with WHS, environmental, quality and client requirements
- Maintain accurate daily records, timesheets and cost information using digital systems to support project controls, productivity tracking and contractual claims
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Relevant Certificate III and IV qualifications
- Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects, with structures experience
- Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills, including delivering engaging pre‑starts and toolbox talks
- Understanding of WHS, environmental requirements, client specifications and ITP compliance
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and logic‑linked construction programs and assist with detailed programming
- Competent in managing budgets, supporting engineering forecasts, selecting appropriate plant and using Microsoft Office.
