The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to Public transport, so access is not an issue.

As a Supervisor on PESP, you’ll be hands‑on in bringing this precinct to life. You’ll organise and guide daily site activities, keeping crews, subcontractors and plant working safely and efficiently. You’ll support Engineers with short‑term programming, maintain strong communication across the site and help ensure the project’s high standards are met. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, pace and safety of one of Perth’s most exciting developments.

About The Role:

  • Planning and coordinating daily works, plant and subcontractors across your allocated area
  • Preparing SWMS, task hazard reviews and leading safety activities on site
  • Running pre‑starts, toolbox talks and maintaining clear daily communication
  • Completing daily diaries, timesheets and other records to support productivity and claims
  • Working with Engineers to develop short‑term programs and monitor progress

The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills And Experience:

  • Strong experience supervising civil construction works
  • Confident delivering whs, environmental and quality requirements
  • Able to interpret technical drawings, itps and detailed construction programs
  • Skilled communicator with experience coaching crews and leading hands
  • Competent using tablets, mobiles and microsoft programs for daily reporting

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
