We are seeking applications from Civil Engineering Graduates looking to join our Graduate Program in Canberra from January 2025. These roles will join our Operations teams where you will work on highly complex Civil Engineering projects and be mentored as you learn on the job giving you responsibility and real-life skills & experiences.  

We offer a two-year Graduate Program that aligns with our Engineering Competency Matrix, meaning that you can measure your own success as you progress with us. 

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s License and have their own transport.
