We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to support a busy infrastructure project with high-volume transactions and fast-paced delivery. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end site administration, subcontractor support, cost tracking, invoice processing, procurement, and supervising a small team of administrators. Your ability to juggle competing priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, and confidently liaise with multiple stakeholders will be key to success. Previous experience leading staff is essential, and exposure to high-volume environments, particularly using systems like Viewpoint, Excel, and SharePoint, will be highly regarded. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys structured processes, and wants to play a vital role in a dynamic project team.
About the role:
- Lead and support end to end project administration across a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of site administrators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage high volumes of transactions including invoices, procurement, and subcontractor claims.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams while juggling multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and ideally Viewpoint; thrives under pressure and process driven environments.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Certificate III Business Administration qualification or similar.
- Proven experience in job costing, purchasing, and accounts, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Advanced data entry skills with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
