We’re looking for an experienced and organised HR Administrator to support our National Human Resources team across a wide range of HR services. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth and accurate delivery of onboarding, employee movements, record keeping, reporting, and training administration.

You’ll work closely with team members to maintain HR systems and documentation, support new starters and departures, assist with performance review coordination, and contribute to key projects that improve the employee experience at Seymour Whyte.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the shared HR inbox and assisting with employee onboarding, contract generation, and data entry.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records in our HR systems.
  • Supporting the administration of the employee life cycle including, probation reviews (and gift pack coordination), departures, and internal staff movements.
  • Administering new starter and departure surveys.
  • Generating reports and providing HR system insights to support decision-making.
  • Assisting with projects across communications, performance cycles, remuneration activities, and employee benefits.
  • Supporting the Training Manager with training bookings, compliance reporting, traineeships, and L&D communications.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying process automation opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous administration experience in HR or a similar environment.
  • Strong experience using HR systems such as PageUp, SharePoint, UKG/ReadyHR, or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (highly regarded).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Current C-Class.
