We are a successful civil contracting business who has been operating in Australia for over 35 years. With the agility and personal connection of a Tier 2, yet the expertise of a Tier 1, and the enhanced resources of one of the largest, world-class construction companies, VINCI, our employees and clients get the best of three worlds.
Our tender portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects as part of our successful diversification strategy, including roads, bridges, rail, airports, water infrastructure, dams, resources, and renewable energy. As a result of continued growth and this strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Pre-Contracts team at our head office in Eight Mile Plains.
Our Estimating team consistently achieves an impressive EOI and tender conversion rate, securing complex and high-profile projects for delivery. As a Senior Estimator with us, you’ll lead on a diverse range of tenders for national clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping winning strategies and driving project success.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of preparing accurate and timely tenders for complex civil construction projects, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You’ll lead the estimating process - analysing quantities, costs, and schedules, identifying discrepancies, and providing technical input to deliver high-quality submissions. Your expertise will drive competitiveness through innovative construction methodologies and risk assessment, supported by site inspections and client briefings. From presenting tenders at review meetings to ensuring seamless handover and documentation for Project Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping winning strategies and supporting successful project delivery.
