We are a successful civil contracting business who has been operating in Australia for over 35 years. With the agility and personal connection of a Tier 2, yet the expertise of a Tier 1, and the enhanced resources of one of the largest, world-class construction companies, VINCI, our employees and clients get the best of three worlds.

With the implementation of a successful diversification strategy, we have experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years. We are proud of our ability to deliver highly complex infrastructure within Transport, Roads, Bridges & Structures, Rail, Airports, Water and Dams.

As part of our diversification strategy, we are now seeking an experienced Mechanical and Process Project Engineer to join our team. Ideally, we are looking for applications from people who have experience in Wastewater Treatment Plants, Desalination Plants, Oil & Gas, or Pipelines projects.

This role will initially work within the pre-contracts space, working on tenders and bids with an already established team both in Sydney and Melbourne.  When we are successfully awarded a project, this position will be deployed to Site to contribute to the delivery of the job. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience in the pre-contracts stage and then actually deliver the project from end to end.

Our teams are multi-skilled, working with us, you’ll be given the opportunity to work on a range of projects and disciplines including water, civil engineering, and utilities all the while being fully supported to reach your goals. We are networked within a decentralised global organisation allowing easy access to a global ‘knowledge bank’ of resources, methods, and expertise where you can leverage the many business units within the VINCI group that specialise in all types of projects.

  • Track and report on cost, revenue, and productivity using administrative tools like Envision and Expert.
  • Assist in preparing site construction forecasts and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or its equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants, Desalination Plants, Oil & Gas, or Pipelines projects.
  • Extensive background within Mechanical/Electrical process engineering roles in a contraction site capacity.
