About the role:
- Provide level 1/2 support via phone and in-person, utilizing remote support tools for team members.
- Manage and update knowledge articles and documentation for efficient information access.
- Resolve issues through problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Provide comprehensive support for Hardware, Software, Peripherals, and Mobile Devices.
- Handle deployment of new hardware, software installations, and conduct audits of voice and data services to ensure compliance with business policies.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience working in a commercial Service Desk environment.
- Proficient in providing technical support within a Microsoft environment.
- Competency in MS Office, Outlook, Windows 10 & 11, desktop hardware, and peripherals.
- Exposure to Microsoft Server Technology Support, including AD, Azure, O365, Printing, and VMWare.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with previous exposure to ITIL (ITIL V3, A+, Network +), excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
