- Manage survey requests, equipment calibration, and maintain a register, while ensuring the delivery of accurate quantities and end-of-month claims to project stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing survey reports, resolving discrepancies, and continuously improving processes to enhance survey operations and technological integration.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum 3-year degree in a spatial science field (preferably surveying, GIS, or design engineering) and eligibility for registration with the relevant state Board of Surveyors or SSSI’s ESP-AP registration.
- Significant experience across a range of surveying disciplines, with a strong emphasis on civil construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage and lead both direct and subcontracted teams effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant computing programs and software platforms, with advanced knowledge of GNSS and Machine Guidance systems, and the ability to create and maintain essential data systems such as design changes, 'as built' records, and calibration documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current C-Class Driver’s licence.
We have a range of additional benefits available for our employees:
- Health & Wellbeing – discounted health insurance, seasonal vaccinations, wellness discounts, fertility benefit and employee assistance program (EAP).
