Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a sharp eye for accuracy and efficiency? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth transaction processing in a busy and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing invoices, including IT, corporate, payroll, and fleet transactions.
  • Supporting vendor account management and activation.
  • Creating, receipting, and closing purchase orders for corporate expenditure.
  • Collaborating with IT to optimise automated invoice processing.
  • Monitoring and resolving invoice exceptions to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining and updating process guides for invoice software.
  • Assisting with weekly payment checks and account reconciliations.
  • Training team members for cross-functional support.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Prior accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of GST requirements.
  • Experience with Viewpoint or similar job costing systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.
