We're looking for someone to drive engagement and support for a major project! You'll execute impactful campaigns, build strong client relationships, manage stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate exciting events. About the role:
- Implement communication & engagement plan: Support the project by executing the communication and engagement plan to ensure community and stakeholder support, minimising reputation risks.
- Client relationship management: Foster strong working relationships with the client.
- Plan & undertake communications activities: Organise and execute communications campaigns, including traffic changes, community outreach, and briefings.
- Manage community & stakeholder relations: Handle community and stakeholder inquiries and complaints, and maintain effective communication strategies.
- Coordinate project events: Work with clients and stakeholders to organise and deliver project events such as community meetings, launches, workshops, and media events.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current C-Class Driver’s License.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
