We’re looking for a Project Engineer – Earthworks & Pavements who not only brings strong technical expertise in earthworks, pavement design, and construction but also thrives in collaborating with people. You’ll have hands-on experience delivering complex civil projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, while working closely with design, structural, and site teams. Beyond technical skills, we value someone who listens, communicates clearly, and fosters positive, solutions focused relationships across the project. Coordinate and manage design, procurement, and construction activities to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget.

Oversee quality, commercial, and contract compliance, including variations, procurement systems, and cost forecasting.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, driving capability development, performance, and effective collaboration across teams.

Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and high standards of performance.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent
