Join Seymour Whyte for the Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Upgrade Project, a major civil infrastructure project being delivered as a joint venture with John Holland and focused on enhancing the rail transport network between Beerburrum and Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. Once completed, B2N will improve the North Coast Line, making travel faster and better connecting the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time, two‑year fixed‑term basis. In this site‑based role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our people experience running smoothly across the project. You’ll work closely with the Project People Manager, project team and our wider HR community while supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, engagement, performance and reporting. You’ll be the go‑to person ensuring our HR processes are organised, efficient and people‑focused. If you enjoy variety and collaboration, this is a fantastic role to grow and make an impact.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, ideally within the construction industry.
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or a willingness to work towards these qualifications is highly regarded.
- Strong experience using HR information systems such as PageUp.
- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with Project and Corporate teams.
- Experienced in managing time effectively and prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
