The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to Public transport, so access is not an issue.
As Senior Safety Advisor, you’ll take a lead role in shaping the safety culture on the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct (Perth Park), a transformational development on the Burswood Peninsula. This is a highly visible, complex project that will become Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. You’ll work closely with project leaders, supervisors and crews to embed safe, practical systems that protect people and support efficient delivery. Your leadership, coaching and on-site presence will be critical in setting the standard for how safety is lived every day on this project

About The Role:
- Leading and promoting a strong, positive safety culture on site
- Mentoring site teams to improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes
- Conducting inspections, audits and investigations with practical follow-up
- Providing clear, timely safety advice to project and senior leadership
- Managing rehabilitation and return to work processes when required
The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills And Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in a senior safety role within civil or construction
- Diploma in OHS (degree desirable) with strong legislative knowledge
- Proven ability to influence, coach and build trust with site teams
- Experience managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
