This role sits within our head office digital team and focuses on developing and improving the systems our people rely on every day. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and build practical digital solutions that support how they operate. The work is steady, structured and hands on, with a mix of development, analysis and problem solving. Your work will contribute directly to smoother processes, better user experiences and more efficient ways of working across the organisation

About the role:
- Develop and support digital solutions using our established software development life cycle
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into workable digital outcomes
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to support business productivity
- Document application design, configuration and architecture for knowledge sharing
- Contribute to discovery activities, change management and reporting across the digital team
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Software engineering background with experience delivering digital solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow, including configuration and SDLC deliver
- Strong technical capability across languages and tools such as JavaScript, AngularJS and APIs
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define practical solutions
- Strong communication, documentation and time management skills
