This role supports our corporate head office by providing reliable, day‑to‑day ICT assistance. You’ll be working closely with employees across the business to resolve technical issues, maintain systems and equipment, and help keep our technology environment running smoothly. The work is steady and hands‑on, and you’ll be part of a team that focuses on practical solutions, clear communication and consistent service. Your contribution will directly support the efficiency of the head office and the wider business.

About the role:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to head office team members, both in person and over the phoneManage and maintain incidents, requests and updates in the ITSM system
- Set up, configure and maintain devices, user accounts and applications
- Keep ICT documentation, asset records and procurement details up to date
- Contribute to a safe, customer-focused and collaborative ICT environment
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an ICT support environment, ideally across Level 1 and 2
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, M365 and basic server tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy support environment
- A positive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow
