Seymour Whyte is seeking a Site Engineer to support delivery of the Mulgoa Road Upgrade – Stage 2 project. The role provides on‑site engineering support across daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with design and quality requirements.
The Site Engineer will play a key role in coordinating field crews, monitoring progress, managing productivity, supporting cost control and ensuring compliance with project plans and procedures. This position is ideal for someone experienced in earthworks, utilities and brownfield construction environments, bringing strong technical capability to complex civil works.
Mulgoa Road Upgrade – Stage 2
Following the successful delivery of Mulgoa Road Stage 1, Seymour Whyte, in alliance with Transport for NSW and Beca, has commenced Stage 2 to continue transforming this key transport corridor in Western Sydney. Stage 1, covering Mulgoa Road from Andrews Road to Glenmore Parkway, improved safety, intersection performance and travel reliability for the local community.
Building on the success of Stage 1, Stage 2 upgrades Mulgoa Road between Glenmore Parkway and Jeanette Street. Works include widening the road, reconfiguring the Glenmore Parkway intersection with traffic signals and dedicated turning lanes, adding dedicated bus lanes, and delivering a new shared path for pedestrians and cyclists. These improvements will reduce congestion, enhance safety, improve travel times, and support the continued growth of Penrith and Glenmore Park, completing the broader Mulgoa Road corridor upgrade.
