CreekConnect – Supporting Western Sydney’s Growth!

Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.

As a progressive, leading civil engineering firm built on the strong foundations of our unique history, we engage, enable and empower our people to be better. With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want.

  • Administer direct subcontracts, payments and contract compliance requirements
  • Maintain subcontractor registers, commercial records and cost forecasts
  • Assist with NEC4 contract management, early warnings, claims and compensation events
  • Prepare and process progress claims, purchase orders and commercial reporting
  • Identify commercial risks and escalate issues appropriately

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Proven experience supporting contract administration on civil or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of procurement, tendering and subcontract management
  • Confident interpreting contract conditions and managing commercial documentation
  • Skilled in assessing claims, variations and supporting NEC‑style contract frameworks
  • High attention to detail with strong financial, analytical and reporting capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Company Benefits:

  • Health & Wellbeing – discounted health insurance, seasonal vaccinations, wellness discounts, fertility benefit and employee assistance program (EAP)

  • Financial wellbeing – competitive remuneration, annual performance bonuses, salary continuance insurance and employee share program
  • Career development – training, mentoring programs, and leadership development program

Many of our projects are not accessible via public transport and require travel between and within active construction sites. As a result, a current Driver’s Licence and the ability to drive on site are essential.
