As a Submissions Coordinator in our National Submissions team, you will be involved in a diverse range of bids for infrastructure projects all across Australia. From roads and bridges to water, airports and marine, no two submissions will be the same.

Reporting to our National Submissions Manager and working alongside leading industry experts from across our business, you will help shape clear, compelling submissions that showcase who we are and how we deliver.  Ultimately contributing to winning work, and the success of our company.

This opportunity is open to someone who may be in the early stages of their career and is looking for that next step up. About the role:

  • Coordinating and compiling non-price tender submissions and EOIs
  • Editing, formatting and wordsmithing content from technical teams
  • Managing templates, schedules and submission milestones
  • Supporting tender kick-off meetings and review processes
  • Maintaining submission libraries and knowledge management systems

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar, or early career industry experience
  • Strong writing, editing and grammar skills
  • High attention to detail and a creative visual eye
  • Ability to juggle deadlines and work calmly under pressure
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
