We are seeking an Administration Manager to support the day to day running of our Sydney office, acting as the welcoming face of the business and a trusted support to our General Manager and CEO. This is a varied, hands on role that includes reception, office coordination, light finance administration and executive support.

As the heart of the office, you will keep things running smoothly, support a team of busy professionals and build strong, genuine relationships across the business. You’ll enjoy being organised, dependable and across the detail, taking pleasure in creating a well run and welcoming environment. This role will suit someone who values stability, enjoys a steady rhythm to their work and is looking to contribute to a supportive team over the long term.

About the Role:

  • Diary management for multiple executive leaders including CEO and GM of Central and National Region
  • Event Management/Coordination when required.
  • Management of the office including reception duties, meeting rooms, kitchen, mail and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate local corporate travel, hire car and accommodation arrangements.
  • Some financial administration including data entry.
  • Coordinate the reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
  • Provide customer service to clients and internal Stakeholders.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative or office management role
  • Trusted in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience preparing clear, accurate reports for leadership teams and key meetings
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing travel, diaries and competing priorities
  • Comfortable coordinating team events and contributing to a positive office environment
  • Practical problem solver who can support site teams and external stakeholders with day-to-day queries
  • Clear and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
