With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist for our EHBA Project based in Kew North. You will be acting as the face and voice of this major landmark project.

About the role:

  • Prompt, professional, and friendly operation of all aspects of the reception and office, linking the general public, clients, staff, suppliers and contractors with each other.
  • Answer all incoming calls and attend to all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Carry out validation and meaningful entry of orders, dockets, invoices and subcontractors into View Point.
  • Assist with some finance-related activity.
  • Ensure foyer, meeting rooms, and kitchens are kept clean and tidy.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar professional environment.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Switchboard experience.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently whilst remaining a team player.
