Our two‑year Graduate Program is built around our Engineering Competency Matrix, giving you a clear pathway to track your development and success. As part of our Operations teams, you’ll work on major civil engineering projects, gaining practical experience that accelerates your capability and career.

About you:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (recently completed).
• Ability to pick up systems quickly with a strong understanding of Excel.
• Previous work experience highly regarded with construction industry experience desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

These projects are based in various locations, so a current Driver’s Licence and your own transport are essential. If you’re mobile, open to regional work and ready to start your next adventure, we’d love to hear from you.
