Join Project Delta ICON Water, supporting delivery of major water infrastructure upgrades following our award of the Icon Water Treatment Plant works in Canberra.

This is a key Leading Hand role within the structures team, working closely with your supervisor to keep works progressing safely, efficiently and on program. You’ll be part of a fast-paced site environment where no two days are the same. Suited to someone with a proactive, can-do approach and strong on-site leadership capability, managing crews onsite.

About the role

• Support concrete pours and finishing works
• Assist with planning and execution of heavy lifts
• Work with engineers and supervisors to sequence works
• Resolve basic constructability issues on site
• Coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors
• Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong structures experience
• Proven Leading Hand experience or ready to step up
• Construction White Card and relevant tickets
• Team-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks on site

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
