We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our operations team working on a Bid for future Seymour Whyte projects based in Melbourne.  People join Seymour Whyte because they are looking for more from their professional growth and their personal connections. About the role:

  • Lead and coordinate Bid Teams to ensure the tender and proposal solution is developed accurately and submitted on time, within budget and in compliance with company policy and standard procedures.
  • Shape and drive tender solutions and deliverables ensuring full and complete understanding of the technical, financial, commercial and legal commitment to which the Company will be obligated.
  • Lead the development of the governance deliverable and co-ordination of the governance process ensuring the documentation provides appropriate information to the decision makers and functional sign off is achieved.
  • Once successful, you will then lead the deliver of the project  
  • Adhere and drive Seymour Whyte policies and procedures within the team

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • A proven track record in winning and delivering infrastructure projects with a successful outcome
  • Be able to manage large teams of engineers, supervisors, HSEQ and admin staff
  • A proven track record and understanding of HSE/QA compliance 
  • Experience in delivering projects greater than $50m 
  • Current C-Class Driver’s License
