Upper South Creek Network Project – Supporting Western Sydney’s Growth!
Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.

The role:
- Support recruitment by coordinating interviews, approvals, and admin tasks.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
- Handle general People & Culture queries and communications.
- Assist with training, diversity & inclusion, and reward & recognition programs.
- Maintain org charts, staff lists, reports and ensure leave process compliance.
- Provide admin support, including presentations, reports, and policy compliance.
About you:
- Previous HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent relationship management skills with clear, professional communication and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with HR systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
