As Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct (Perth Park) by ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier and subcontractor payments. Working closely with site and finance teams, your attention to detail will help keep work moving smoothly on this complex, high-profile project. This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly supports site operations and strong commercial outcomes on one of Western Australia’s most significant developments.

About the role:

  • Setting up vendor accounts in the finance system
  • Processing invoice data with a high level of accuracy
  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to basic queries
  • Downloading, saving and reconciling supplier statements
  • Supporting payment checks and other AP tasks as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Basic understanding of GST or willingness to learn
  • Experience using finance systems or similar software
  • Confident using Excel and Word at an intermediate level
  • Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines and work well in a team

About the Project

The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to Public transport, so access is not an issue.

This project will mobilise in February 2026 and is forecasted for project completion in 2027 - Seymour Whyte, alongside Civmec and Aurecon, is proud to deliver this legacy development for Main Roads Western Australia.
