We are seeking 2026 Civil Engineering Graduates to join our Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project. As part of our two‑year Graduate Program, you will join our Operations teams and gain practical exposure to the delivery of a live civil construction project. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and project teams, contributing to critical infrastructure that makes a real and lasting community impact.

About you:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, graduating mid-year 2026.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel.
- Previous work experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
Many of our projects are based in regional locations, so a current Driver’s Licence and your own transport are essential. If you’re mobile, open to regional work and ready to kick‑start your next adventure, we’d love to hear from you.
