We are seeking a Design Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of a major Design and Construct infrastructure project. This is an opportunity to be part of a high performing team delivering a complex, large scale project from design development through to construction, working alongside experienced engineers, designers and construction professionals to bring critical infrastructure to life.
Reporting to the Design Manager, you will help coordinate the design process, manage consultant inputs and support the integration of design and construction activities to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will be exposed to all stages of project delivery, contributing to innovative solutions, resolving technical challenges and helping drive the project forward in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

About the Role:
- Support the Design Manager in driving the design development and delivery of a major infrastructure project from planning through to construction.
- Coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and aligned with project objectives.
- Work closely with consultants, engineers, project teams and construction personnel to integrate design and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate the resolution of technical and design challenges, identifying risks and opportunities that may impact project performance.
- Support design governance, Safety in Design initiatives and compliance requirements while contributing to continuous improvement across the project.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to help achieve innovative, practical and value-driven design solutions.
About You:
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum four years' experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction or design environments.
- Experience working on major infrastructure or Design and Construct projects.
- Strong understanding of design development and project delivery processes.
- Experience coordinating design documentation, reviews and approvals.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, project teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
