We're looking for a Site Engineer with experience in civil infrastructure and construction delivery to join our team delivering projects across Western Sydney. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key project outcomes, work alongside experienced industry professionals and contribute to infrastructure that will leave a lasting impact on the region.
You'll be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from planning and procurement through to construction, quality and stakeholder coordination, while gaining exposure to complex works on some of Sydney's most significant infrastructure projects. About the Role:
- Undertake all HSEQ responsibilities as identified for your role in the Project’s Management Plans and associated documents
- As required, escalate potential and actual risks that may impact the safe, timely and cost-efficient delivery of activities under management
- Manage quality production defined by method statements and ITP’s. Monitor construction progress to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes
- Establish, measure and report daily productivities for assigned activities
- Undertake cost controlling and estimating as required by Project Manager
- Develop, monitor, and report on programmes for elements of work as required by the Project Manager
- Manage work teams in the field
About you:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent
- Previous experience working in civil engineering or construction environment, preferably on-site
- Demonstrated ability to produce a critical path network with up to 100 activities
- Ability to prepare, monitor and update short-term production bar charts
- Working knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes
- Understanding of specific project scope of works and contractual procedures for managing change

Many of our projects are located in regional areas or on sites without access to public transport, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
