We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems on a civil construction project based in the Brisbane Area. This role will assist in maintaining company-wide systems and ensuring compliance with client requirements, promoting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote client requirements awareness across the project team.
  • Develop and implement inspection and test procedures with the Project Manager.

  • Record Quality System data accurately, providing feedback for analysis and control.
  • Investigate non-conformance trends and recommend process control improvements.
  • Contribute to Risk Assessments, SWMS, and THRCs.
  • Participate in critical incident management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within civil engineering or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of client standards and civil construction quality systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

We have a range of additional benefits available for our employees:

  • Time for life / Work life balance – birthday leave, purchased leave program, paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements.
  • Financial wellbeing – competitive remuneration, annual performance bonuses, salary continuance insurance and employee share program.
  • Career development – training, mentoring programs, and leadership development program.

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
