As a Site Engineer, you’ll be hands-on in shaping a major piece of infrastructure that will make a real difference to the community. From managing on-site activities to ensuring quality and safety standards, your work will keep the project moving and deliver results everyone can be proud of. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, innovation and diversity, giving you the chance to grow your skills and make an impact.
About the role:
- Provide on-site engineering services to support project delivery
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards
- Manage work teams and verify subcontractor claims
- Assist with cost control, estimating and procurement
- Prepare and update short-term programmes and productivity reports
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Previous experience in civil engineering or construction
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and Australian Standards
- Ability to prepare and monitor short-term production charts
- Understanding of contractual responsibilities and change management
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
