As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering one of Western Australia’s most iconic projects. You’ll lead engineering functions on site, manage complex construction activities, and ensure safety, quality and program targets are met. Your expertise will help create a world-class precinct that brings communities together for generations to come.
About the role:
- Coordinate and lead on-site engineering functions for allocated disciplines
- Develop and implement project management plans and risk assessments
- Manage procurement schedules and negotiate best value packages
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with standards
- Drive productivity and oversee short and medium-term programs
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of WHS, quality and environmental procedures
- Ability to prepare SWMS, ITPs, contractual claims and variations
- Advanced computer literacy and strong leadership capabilities
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
