About the role:
- Provide essential support to the delivery team in developing and maintaining accurate records and providing management of support and administration for the site.
- Work collaboratively and harmoniously with project and administrative personnel at all levels.
- Input of daily dockets into the job costing system and follow up with staff to clarify issues.
- Assist Environmental Manager with Environmental Reporting (Fuel, NGER).
- Provide administrative support for Project Safety Manager as required.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- May be undertaking or have completed a Certificate III Business Administration qualification or similar.
- Previous administration and data entry experience.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently whilst remaining a team player.
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
